Millet and (especially) Quinoa & millet Keri

If you look in the grains recipe folder you will

see millet and quinoa recipes. I eat both of them often.

I've been a vegetarian over a year now and I had no idea how to cook

them until I joined this group.

You will like it here.

I add dry millet beads to bread and muffins all the time. It adds a wonderful

crunchiness.

I also have a Millet Muffin recipe in the files. It is really nice.
