I put the flour in till the beans are not sticky any more. Course i had other ingredients too like, celery, carrots, onions.. what ever i can find to throw in with it. I've had the same problem with bean patties I've made - the darn things break up when I'm cooking them! Any suggestions? Perhaps I'm cooking them too fast (too hot a pan)? Getting antsy and flipping them too soon? (Probably more likely than I want to admit!) Or should I add something that's not called for in the recipe to bind them together better?
