Guest guest
I made lentil patties for supper tonight - they tasted great but ugh! They're not winning any beauty contests..... I've had the same problem with bean patties I've made - the darn things break up when I'm cooking them! Any suggestions? Perhaps I'm cooking them too fast (too hot a pan)? Getting antsy and flipping them too soon? (Probably more likely than I want to admit!) Or should I add something that's not called for in the recipe to bind them together better? Anyone else have a similar problem? ~ Cyndy
Guest guest
When I make my black bean patties, I lightly oil my hands when I form them and I lightly oil the pan that I bake them in. I bake them at 400 degrees. Hope that helps Gayle

**************************************
AOL now offers free email to everyone.
