Guest guest Posted February 19, 2007 Report Share Posted February 19, 2007 *this dish is so simple and you can mix up the veggies to your liking* Veggie Fried Rice Sauce: 1 Tablespoons grated ginger root 4 cloves crushed garlic 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 Tablespoons brown sugar 2 Tablespoons olive oil 2 red peppers fine chopped 1/2 cup frozen corn 1/2 cup frozen peas 2/3 cup scallions 2 hard boiled eggs fine chopped 4 cups cooked brown rice 1.
