Calico Fri-chik Quiche - REVIEW

We just made it for lunch and I only had 2 reg. size pie crusts - and not a deep

dish, so I divided my ingredients between the two pie shells. I also added a

can of mushrooms and I used some steamed fresh broccoli(cut very small) in place

of spinach, because I was out of the spinach. This recipe is very versatile. I

added a small bit of salt to the egg mixture and I used 2% milk in place of half

and half. IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!!
