Olive oil • salt and pepper Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. 2. On a baking sheet, spread out pine nuts and bake 8 minutes, or until golden-brown. 3. Steam Brussels sprouts until tender, about 15 minutes. Toss with lemon juice, olive oil and pine nuts. Season with salt and pepper.
