Guest guest Posted February 19, 2007 Report Share Posted February 19, 2007 Campbell's Cheddar Potato Bake 3 cups mashed potatoes* 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup 1/3 cup sour cream or plain yogurt Generous dash pepper 1 green onion , chopped MIX potatoes, soup, sour cream, pepper and onion. Place in 1 1/2-qt. casserole. BAKE at 350F. for 30 min. or until hot. *Cook 2 lb. potatoes (peeled and cut into 1 " pieces) in water to cover. Add salt if desired. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. or until tender. Drain. Mash potatoes with 3/4 cup milk and 2 tbsp. butter or margarine. (Season to taste.)
