This here is a very easy chili and tastes good.

 

 

CrockPot Vegetarian Chili

 

 

2 - 19oz. cans Black Bean Soup

1 - 15oz. can kidney beans, drained and rinsed

2 - 16oz. cans chili beans

2 - 14.5oz. cans diced tomatoes

1 - 15oz. can corn, drained

1 onion, chopped

1 green pepper, chopped

2 1/2 cups zucchini (usually 2 small ones), chopped

3 stalks celery, chopped

3 cloves garlic, chopped

1 1/2 T. chili powder

1 1/2 T. dried parsley

1 1/2 T. dried oregano

1 1/2 T. dried basil

1 chopped jalapeno

 

Place all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook for at

least 3 hours on high.
