Guest guest Posted February 18, 2007 Report Share Posted February 18, 2007 In a small bowl, heat together: 2 big spoons canned green chilis (serving spoon size) 1 big spoon cooked black beans Add: 1 avocado, cubed 1 big spoon of plain yogurt chopped cilantro to taste Toss gently. Lay a bed of salad in another bowl. (I added a morningstar chik'n griller patty here but this salad is so filling, it doesn't need the patty & I'll skip it next time) Spoon the bean mixture over the greens.
