Can someone tell me where the Indonesian Rice salad is filed?

I have looked all through the Recipes>Salads with no measure of

success. So now I am crying help please.

Here is a repost of it. It may not be filed yet. A great trick I've learned

it to go to the our web page and click on messages. Then on the search bar,

type in what it is you are looking for, such as this salad and that message will

pop up.

It is so handy to use.

One of my friends brought this to a Valentine's party

and I just got the recipe from her. Chelsea

 

Indonesian Rice Salad

 

2 c. cooked brown rice

1/2 c. raisins

2 scallions, chopped

1/4 c. toasted cashews

1 green pepper, chopped

1 stalk celery, chopped

Fresh parsley, chopped

3/4 c. orange juice

1/3 to 1/2 c. canola or oilve oil

1 tbsp. sesame oil

3 to 4 tbsp. soy sauce

2 tbsp. white wine

Juice of 1 lemon

1 to 2 cloves of garlic

1 tsp. freshly grated ginger

 

When rice is cooled, add next six ingredients. In a

blender mix the orange juice, oils, soy sauce, wine,

lemon juice, garlic and ginger. Pour over rice mixture

and serve over chopped lettuce. Makes 4 to 6

servings.
