Guest guest Posted February 15, 2007 Report Share Posted February 15, 2007 Strawberry Bread 1 Strawberry Bread Mix 2 eggs 3/4 cup oil 1 10-oz. pkg frozen sliced sweetened strawberries, thawed Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients and stir until smooth. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes. Depending on the size of the loaf pan, the bread can take over 1 hour to finish baking. Bake until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool 10 minutes and remove from pan. Continue to cool on a cooling rack until cool to touch, slice and serve. This mix will also make 18 muffins or 3-4 mini loaves. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake 15-20 min. Fill mini-loaves 2/3 full, bake about 25-30 minutes. This bread will freeze very well for up to 6 months. Serve with Homemade Gourmet Spiced Dip or cream cheese (plain or flavored). This can also be baked in one 9x13-inch pan for 25-35 minutes.
