It is a company called Rising Moon ravioli http://www.risingmoon.com/index.html They make a couple varieties that are vegan (and are marked clearly which is nice). I've had them both. Last night we had the garlic and roasted veggies ravioli. I made a dish of diced russet potatoes roasted with artichoke hearts (canned) and some seasoning. When the potatoes were well roasted I tossed in about 1/2 cup of homemade tofu " feta " and the tossed all that with the ravioli. It was really good.
