Guest guest
I would like to answer as I live RAW and I also have a phone interview and great Website you should check out: http://www.Rawinten.com ok here is my answers...> 1. Doesn't eating raw foods in excess produce a lot of Gas ?> No it should not if you eat a balanced diet and do the research and know what you are doing! READ ALL of Gabriel Cousens M.D. Books you will know more than EVERYONE and know the true facts on a medical, scientific and spiritual basis, most raw people or chefs will make assumptions or reguritate interesting quotes but they are not doctors like Gabriel that did the serious research! I have links to get the best prices on 2 best Gabriel Books at the bottom of my Website! Also if you are getting too much gas you are not food combining properly and not doing it right! It is a sign.... > 2. I live in Canada where preservation was/is a tradition. With a longwinter, the harvest season is very limited. Even today off season freshfoods can be very expensive. What are the raw alternatives year round ? Eat seasonally available fruits and veggies, that is what mother Nature intended but if you have to stock up then I suppose you may have to get or do more dehydrated food although I do not eat it much and try not to. But long winters...or Travel or move! >> 3. Doesn't eating fresh veggies alone make one feel hungry soon ?No it does not! Again you have to do the research, everyone is different and has different needs, different body types and so on, find out what yours is and read Gabriel's books he will teach you what you need to know about all the above in a fun easy way to read and understand! Then get my book because I incorporate all of his research into easy, fun, balanced, practical eating and delicious under 10 minute recipes!
