Guest guest
1. Doesn't eating raw foods in excess produce a lot of Gas ? 2. I live in Canada where preservation was/is a tradition. With a long winter, the harvest season is very limited. Even today off season fresh foods can be very expensive. What are the raw alternatives year round ? 3. Doesn't eating fresh veggies alone make one feel hungry soon ? Thanks. Vijay
Guest guest
I'm not an expert on raw food diet, but I think the gas production lasts for a couple of weeks until the intestines get used to the new diet. I find salad (as long as it is large enough) with nuts etc. to be as filling as most dinners, and nuts and seeds are complex carbohydrates so should keep hunger at bay. Jo > 1.
