I think it's interesting how some nutrients were so strong and others were not. Vit A 66% Vit C 133% Vit D 0% Vit E 64% Vit K 2x higher than RDA Thiamin 101% Riboflavin 60% Niacin 66% Vit B6 128% Folate 75% B12 0% Pantithenic Acid 2.49mg (5 mg necessary) Calcium 408 mg (1,000 necessary) Copper 198% Iron 79% Magnesium 120% Manganese 6.38 (about 5 times higher than recommended) Phosphorus 110% Selenium 90% Zinc 77% Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
