I mentioned this in a weight loss group that has recently gotten really into the Atkins thing. I was pretty viciously attacked for trying to explain why I don't eat eggs. Also, are the chickens that people eat hens, roosters, or both? I always though they were just hens and that the majority of roosters were killed at an early age, but then again, I'm not positive.
