Guest guest
Here I used a beautiful bunch of rainbow chard. A pile of green and orange and red and white. I also cooked the chard for 3 or 4 minutes after tossing in rather than just sticking the lid on and turning off the heat as the recipe says. It still wasn't really wilted. I just think it would have been too raw for me if I'd followed the directions. Laura --------- Swiss Chard & Garlic Serving Size : 2 Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 cloves garlic -- to 3, minced 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil 3 cups swiss chard -- chopped In large saucepan on medium-low heat, saute the garlic in oil until it's tender. Lay the chard on top. Turn off heat; cover with lid and let sit for 2 minutes. Toss and serve.
