If anyone Loves cheesecake even half as much as I do I would definetly recomend the " cheese " cake on the Peta site (http://www.vegcooking.com/recipeshow.asp?RequestID=481) it is absolutly to die for! I used Tofutty cream cheese and made the grahm cracker crust myself (they are really easy you can find recipies for them in almost any cook book). I just thought I would add that in. Peta also has TONS of thanksgiving recipies on their site. They usually send out a flier every year also that has recipies and turky facts on it. I also was wondering about the tofurky.
