Starting some weights to get better muscle tone/more in shape upper body. Normal cardio as always (hiking and field work). Anyway, I can't seem to eat enough calories to keep myself from losing weight and I really can't afford any weight loss. Does anyone have some tricks to increasing the calories in a vegan diet?
