Guest guest
The Round Up Song " (sung to the tune of a well-known hot dog jingle) - Sing Along! ---------- - Original Lyrics by a Sarcastic but Determined Organic Farmer Erika Dana (written while weeding & collecting seed in Iowa - Fall 2004) Verse 1: Oh, life is so much easier with Round Up, I can spray and kill ‘most all I see, and if the wind kills your plants with my Round Up, I don’t give a darn ‘cause you ain’t me. Verse 2: And if your dog gets sick and dies from Round Up, that is not my fault - don't look at me! I just hired some guy to do my lawn care, and your old dog don’t mean a thing to me. Verse 3: If your Organic Farm gets wrecked by Round Up, that is just the way it's gotta because I can farm 'most any way I want to, but nothing guarantees your liberty. Final Verse: Oh, life is so much better with my Round Up, The color brown is beautiful to me. A shovel is a tool for stupid cavemen... Chemicals have set this farmer free! ---------- Please feel free to add a verse or two and circulate - & Sing Along!!! - the author ----------
