I should've been suspicios when I saw It advertized in a major

mainstream magazine. btw , don't we get D3 if we sit in the sun? I'm

not too familiar with it, but I've never heard of vegans needing to

supplement (like B12).

I've notice a trend of more and more meat products, trying to sneak

into health food stores. These days you have to read all the

ingredients even in health food stores. The other day I saw Beef

Jerkies (suzy's organic free-range,grass fed beef jerky) at my

health food store. Good Grief!

you do get Vit D from the sun

there are various subsets to D, depending on the source....

back in like the 30's, they started adding vit d to foods here in the colonies to combat rickets

(tho, that had a lot to do with lack of co-enzymes as well) Anouk Sickler Sep 23, 2004 11:33 AM Re: fyi sun soy , fraggle <EBbrewpunx@e...> wrote:> I should've been suspicios when I saw It advertized in a major mainstream magazine. btw , don't we get D3 if we sit in the sun?
