BTW, we sure are glad you aren't at the ranch and able to post a whole lot more. You have some great things to share. Judy - genny_y2k Monday, February 12, 2007 7:50 PM [sPAM] Baconless Bits -Recipe Review Ben T's recent recipe for Baconless Bits is really good..Excellent flavor and very easy to make..I tried both the larger pieces of TVP and the grated type..The grated (very small size) works best. The larger TVP flakes are still tasty but chewy not crisp. I bakes mine a little longer than the recipe called for so that they would be brown and dried. I think these taste better than bacon bits.
