Guest guest Posted February 11, 2007 Report Share Posted February 11, 2007 Yes, just put one whole okra pod, with the top still on it. Whenever I cook a 16 oz. bag of frozen lima beans, I add water, salt and a little Canola oil to the water and bring to a boil, add the lima beans, stir and then lay one pod on the top of the lima beans while they cook. Hard to believe it makes it takes so good, with just one, but it does. I keep a bag of them frozen in the freezer and just take out one pod at a time for this.
