When it was warm on the stove it tasted more like brie to me than cream cheese but that's a good thing; I love brie but my tightest jeans don't! And I have NO willpower if there's brie in the house lol. I think it would also make a good alfredo-like sauce with less cornstarch and maybe less lemon. I'm going to try that next batch.
