interest in a pressure cooker? Important question

You don't have the safety features do you? That's pretty important,

I know the news Fagor's have all these features included.

Isn't the booklet missing? I remember you mentioning something to

this effect.

It does have the " safety lock " in the handle. It has an " automatic safety

valve " . It has a " pressure valve " and " safety vent " . The rubber gasket

looks brand new. It does not have the visual indicator (yellow popup) to

indicate when the pressure is built up, and when released. (you go by sound,

like with many PC's).

 

No, it did not come with the booklet, but I contacted Fagor, and they sent

me one, as well as a recipe booklet, too. (no, it's unfortunately not

vegetarian.) I will send these both with the PC.
