Peanut Butter Cream Cheese 'Frosting'

3 Tablespoons peanut butter

3-4 Tablespoons cream cheese

3-4 Tablespoons honey

1 Teaspoon vanilla

1-2 Tablespoons chopped nuts( I used pecans)

pinch of sea salt

Optional: Sprinkle top of frosted cake with toasted coconut

 

Cream together all ingredients and use as a 'frosting ' for cake. This

is also great sanwich filling, and craham cracker 'cookie' filling.

Important: Store this mix in the refrigerator and use withing a few

days because of the cream cheese filling.

This 'frosting' is very rich so spead thinly.
