I love it with tomatoes on sandwiches (This is enough for two sandwiches.) Enjoy! Maureen Melty Cheeze from Joanne Stepaniak's " Table for Two " 1/3 cup water 4 teaspoons nutritional yeast flakes 1 tablespoon oat flour (or 1-1/2 tablespoons rolled oats, finely ground in a blender) 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon tahini 2 teaspoons tomato paste 1 teaspoon cornstarch 1/2 teaspoon onion granules 1/8 teaspoon each garlic granules, turmeric, dry mustard, and salt Place everything in a 1-quart saucepan and whisk together until the mixture is smooth. Bring it to a boil, stirring constantly with a wire whisk. Reduce heat to low, and keep cooking, stirring constantly until melty cheese is very thick and smooth. strayfeather1 wrote: > Melty?!
