Vegan cheese type recipe request from Maureen

Goodmorning Maureen,

Please post them. I think others would enjoy having the choice of an

alternative that is good, if they decided they wanted to try a vegan cheese like

product.

Hi I have quick recipes for vegan melty

American " cheese " and vegan cream " cheese " that I like a lot. Just

holler if you want me to post them :-)

I have never found a good vegan " cheese " . I have tried all that are

available here in Puerto Rico (maybe 4-5 different ones) and don't like

any enough to buy them twice. I have been 99% vegan for a little over

a year, and have just given up on cheese. I really don't miss it too

much, and if you think about where it comes from, the different

contaminants that are in it, how it is handled and

what it does to your body (read The China Study), you sort of realize

you really don't want it!!!
