Julie,

This recipe sounds delish. I love sesame oil. When I make Tempura I put a

few drops of it in my peanut oil. Would you have any objections to my

sharing this with my Parrot Vegan group?

 

 

> Simple Baby Bok Choy Steamed with Orange Zest and

> 1 tbsp. orange zest, grated

> 1 to 2 heads of bok choy, 6 to 8 " long

> 1 tsp. minced ginger or more to taste or 1/2 tsp.

> steamer in a single layer, cut side up.

> Sprinkle with the orange zest and put the oil and/or

> ginger on top of the vegetable. Cover and steam for 6
