Guest guest
Dont see how you get all that in the little bitty okra But it sounds good. Becky ---- Donnalilacflower 2/5/2007 9:58:14 PM Judy stuffed okra Judy it's so easy. Take the okra and split it open lengthwise and carefully scrape the insides out. Add to your stuffing. I like to make rice with herbs, chopped dried cranberries, finely chopped nuts and add to the okra, pinch it slightlu closed. I steam them in the steamer, when you serve spoon warm sauce over the top. You can use the Native Foods sauce recipe from the files, hot and spicy salsa, warm spaghetti sauce, melted cheese. Really it's up to you. Donna --- wwjd <jtwigg wrote: > You stuff okra?????? Guest guest
Donna, I grew up in California, but have lived in Puerto Rico for 22 years. I love it here because it is tropical, 80's during the day, 70's at night year round. Never need heat or AC. Also have lots of fresh fruit (avocados, bananas, citrus, coconut, other tropical fruits) year round... nice place for a vegetarian to live.
