TVP Tacos for dinner

YAy! You both get a gold star. One for you maing the

dinner with TVP and one for him, eating it and

enjoying it. I have a bunch of meat eating coworkers

hooked on Soyrizo and the Tofurkey Italian sausage.

They love the idera of no cholesterol and also the

quick heating method instead of having to cook non-veg

meats for a long time.

That is great! The chewy texture gives them a familiar, satisfying texture

that makes it so much easier to go vegetarian. Being able to have things to

substitute in our favorite recipes makes all the difference in the transitition

and

sticking with the vegetarian diet. Not everything you're eating has to change,

when

you have great substitutes to use.
