Guest guest
GB, I put Kashi Go Lean Crunch in some muffins this weekend that I made after you made that suggestion. Great idea. I made Donna Banana Breakfast Crunch Muffins from the files. I used the Kashi in place of the Grape Nuts Cereal and 2 eggs for the egg substitute. I ended up needing to add a little soymilk to moisten the batter a bit. They turned out great. Oh yes and I add about 1/4 c. shelled hemp seeds too. Yummmm. I will often sub the Kashi or granola for oatmeal in cookies or put it on a cobbler instead of oatmeal or another grain. GB .
Guest guest
I love Kash Go Lean every morning for breakfast with milk--it is low fat and delicious. I am completely addicted to it. I had not thought to use it instead of grape nuts in baking. What an interesting idea. Kathleen I put Kashi Go Lean Crunch in some muffins this weekend that I made after > you made that suggestion.
