Guest guest
Dear Judy, I am grateful for the reply. No worries, Christie found it now You know what? I like it steamed and I spoon soya sauce into the holes and eat it as it is. Mind you! it is not everyone's favourite though The trick is not to " oversteamed " it. After steaming, It should remain dark green( not yellow or going into brownish ). If it is off colour, it will not taste as good. Guest guest
WEE, What holes are you talking about that you put soy sauce into? I bet this would be nice and crispy still, like pickled okra is. I love that stuff.
