Katie: re silicon bread pan, was: Question , does anyone else use a silpat

just a thought? Maybe it will slip down into a glass or metal pan as a

liner, and the outside pan will help hold shape. This is just a guess, as I

don't have any silicon pans, only the flat liner sheets.

 

I am curious -- let me know if it fits/works!
