I can even ask for it in a bowl to avoid the tortilla when I'm really watching carbs. I generally don't get guacamole in fast food places because I usually think it's gross. At Subway they will put straight avocado on it. Then you know it's real. Also they have spinach. Has anyone mentioned Chipotle? They are upscale fast food - no drive thrus that I know of but ya know drive thrus take just as long as getting off yer butt and goin' inside. :-) Anyway they have better meat there (http://www.awionline.org/pubs/Quarterly/sp03/0603p17.htm) too so it's a good place you can go and get a great veggie fajita burrito bowl and know that the pigs that your coworkers are eating lived the life of pigs. I was surprised they sold as there food is delicious and they are always busy. Service is fast and they'll make it whatever way you want. Their veggie burritos are terrific, though I'm not sure the non-black beans are meat free. I recommend them, even though the last time I ate one I ended up in the hospital!
