Guest guest
I don't eat the traditional fried foods so I take fresh Okra clean it and roll it in some cornmeal and spray some olive oil on it and bake it in the oven until it is crisp, I do this with eggplant and lots of veggies. They love it they pop those crisp little pods in their mouths and away they go. I could eat okra every day. , Donnalilacflower <thelilacflower wrote: > > I'm always pushing okra on the group. > I love it and it's so versatile. > Maybe I should make an " Okra " recipe folder (:-) > Donna > > --- " Dr. S.S.
