Guest guest
I'm so glad it works. LOL it is funny that this subject just came up, because we had a beverage spoil in a closed drink bottle too and just found the container today, so I've got it soaking with this mixture right now. Thank you so much!! Hugs, Maureen >> I hope it works well for you Maureen. It is a pain when you get those odors in something you need to used for all kinds of foods, but can't because of something like picke or onion odors. I found out about the crumpled newspaper from a lady doing a Tupperware party. >> Judy >> - >> Maureen >> >> Wednesday, January 31, 2007 8:33 AM >> Re: water bottle - Judy >> >> >> Thank you, Judy! I'm not sure if this will work on plastic, but it will work on a load of laudry that sours in a washing machine, when forgotten about. I just add about one cup of vinegar to a load of laundry and run it thru a quick wash cycle and the odor is completely gone. Baking soda also works in this case. I wash out my microwave oven with a weak solution of vinegar and water and it removes any odors too. So it is worth a try. >> > >> > Hope one of these helps, >> > Judy >> > >> > >> >
