Guest guest Posted February 2, 2007 Report Share Posted February 2, 2007 Roasted Potato Dippers 2 pounds new potatoes 4 tablespoons vegetable oil Cut potatoes into quarters; in plastic bag, toss potato pieces with vegetable oil. Grill over medium fire, turning occasionally, to cook evenly, about 20 minutes. Alternatively, place potato pieces in shallow pan and roast in a 400 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until nicely browned and tender. Serves 6 to 8.
