Question of the Week - What is your favorite kind of Citrus Fruit - Chelsea

I consider it part of the citrus family. The other day I put some on an avacodo

slices, when I didn't have any lemon juice on hand and it kept it from turning

dark. Orange juice will also keep it from turning dark. Fresh is so good isn't

it.

 

I enjoy pinapple chunks stirred together in a bowl with cottage cheese,

sunflower seeds and plump raisens. That made a great breakfast the other

morning.

Is pineapple citrus? If so that's my favorite.
