Guest guest Posted February 1, 2007 Report Share Posted February 1, 2007 Tomato Kale Soup 1 quart water 1 bunch kale, chopped 1/4 red cabbage, chopped 1 potato, peeled and cubed 1 large carrot, chopped 5 garlic cloves, minced 2 medium tomatoes, crushed 1/2 teaspoon coriander 1 teaspoon dill 1 tablespoon onion powder Put vegetables into a pot with the water, bring to a near boil, simmer, covered, 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
