Slow Cooker Potato Soup ( got for a cold day)

Slow Cooker Potato Soup

 

10 potatoes, peeled and diced

1 onion, diced

1 carrot, pared and sliced

4 bouillon cubes (I use vegetable)

1 tbsp. parsley flakes

5 c. water

Salt and pepper

1/3 c. butter or marg.

1 reg. size can of canned milk

 

Put all ingredients except Pet milk in crock pot.

Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. Stir in milk last

hour. If desired mash potatoes with masher just before

serving.
