Have been reading the daily digests for a week or so now and am finding much

good info and recipes to try. I am retired and tho older, began the vegetarian

walk about a year ago. The more I read, the more I am convinced that vegan is

the ultimate healthy diet. Just finished reading " The China Study " . What an

eye opener on nutrition scientific studies - written by a highly qualified and

very brave person.

Now to my question. I have seen numerous references to the grain quinoa,

usually in relation to cereal, bread or salad, side dish recipes. I would be

very interested in any recipes for dinner main dishes. I made vegan cheese

(cashews) so I could use that to substitute for any cheese in your recipes.

Thanks so much for any and all recipes - or directions to find them.

Hi there nana, if you go into the recipe files there's a folder of

quinoa recipes located in the gains folder. Give this grain a try.

It's one of my favroites.

there's a whole section in the files:

%2ARecipes/Grain%20%20Dishe\

s/Quinoa/. My personal fave is Quinoa Stuffed Poblano Chiles. Enjoy!
