veggie recipies without onions and garlic Swami

Hare Krishna Swami,

Do you know I became a vegetarian over 26 yrs ago,

while in Venice Beach I walked over to the Hare

Krishna's Festival of the Chariots. That did it, I

took off my rollerskates and spent the day visitng

with them, eating samples of food and this is the very

cookbook they gave me and I still have it, I decided

to see if I could find enough things to satisfy my

palate for a month and I never looked back. My Mom

has always been vegetarian but her cooking was

something else, I would run off and eat at the

neighbors.LOL My sister lived on peanut butter and

jelly sandwiches. Mom was always the bread and pastry

baker.
