Try the Morningstar Farms, " Sausage " style Crumbles or crumble their breakfast

patties or breakfast links.

Another product that would work is the Worthington Prosage roll. I love this

product. We slice it and bake it and serve it on a biscuits with a fried egg.

We mix together mayo/veganise and mustard and spread lightly on the inside of

the biscuit.. You can grate it on a madoline for noodle recipes and to make the

Prosage and Jalopeno Dressing recipe I have in the Stuffings recipe files. It

has a sausage like flavor, but is completely meatless.

question about " meat "

 

 

My family has an old Italian meat sauce recipe we use every

holiday for the special dinner, however it includes about 6 pounds of hot

sausage and stew meat, what are some good substitutions for those?
