Hi Sharon,

 

What Christie said Especially the part about being impressed with

how you're tackling this head on. I'm not 100% vegan yet, but it's

steadily getting closer and easier. These are the only links I'd add to

One of the reasons I like the Kaji's Mom food blog is that, since she's

a newbie too, she samples a lot of different cookbooks and reports back

on the results, so maybe that would work for you for similar reasons.

 

A lot of people seem to like the McDougall cookbooks for healthful vegan

recipes. I've only seen individual recipes, but if you want to look

Last, if you want my copy of " How It All Vegan, " just let me know. A

lot of people seem to love it, but the recipes aren't my taste. I'm not

sure how much of it would be a good fit with what you're doing, but,

heck, it's free
