Guest guest Posted January 27, 2007 Report Share Posted January 27, 2007 Dill Pesto 2 tbsps. pine nuts 2 cloves garlic, minced 4 cups fresh dill 1 ounce parmesan cheese, grated 2 tbsps. water 2 tsps. fresh lemon juice 2 tbsps. extra virgin olive oil Combine pine nuts, garlic fresh dill, parmesan, water, lemon juice and olive oil in blender and blend until smooth.
