I have suggested that book in here a few times for new

vegetarians, easy to find ingredients, gorgeous

pictures and quick to make recipes. Happy you like it

Sue.

Sorry, Donna. It may have been you who suggested that book. I ordered so

many from Amazon.com.

And they were all used. I thought I was really getting a bargain, but I

forgot about the postage for each one.

And they are really, really heavy books. I think I spent over $40 in

postage. Ha! But, this is the book

I use most often.

I love it.

Oh no, Judy may have told you about it. I just want

the group to know that I agree, it is a wonderful

cookbook, especially for beginners. I forgot about

this book when the question of a good cookbook came up

a few days ago. I'm glad you brouight this book up

and I hope more members will have a chance to enjoy

it.

Did you ever get a copy of Vegetarian Epicure by Anna

Thomas? That still remeains a favorite of mine after

all these years.

Happy Saturday!
