Guest guest
Hemp has the highest protein and omegas. I eat it everday and it's so versatile. You have to try the seed nuts. Better than sunflower seeds. YummY1 Donna --- Sharon Zakhour <sharon.zakhour wrote: > Walnuts contain omega-3 fatty acids. Just like flax > and hemp. Guest guest
Where do you get them? I have looked at our local health food store and the asian makret and can't find them. Guest guest
Look at another healther food store. Only some carry them. I've found them in bags, in the refrigerated section. Guest guest
Pretty sure flaxseeds have a better ratio of omega-3's to 6's. -Erin www.zenpawn.com/vegblog , Donnalilacflower <thelilacflower wrote: > > Hemp has the highest protein and omegas. Guest guest
wow is that place ever expensive. I think you'd really like the shelled hemp seeds sprinkled on cereal, baked potatoes, salads and sandwiches. I didn't see these on this site. http://tinyurl.com/2erqpz They are really delicious. www.amazon.com and type in hemp seeds. They have free shipping on several hemp products with a $25 total Amazon order. I never have any trouble making a $25 order, since Amazon carries so many great things. It is a favorite site of mine.
