I made some veg gravy tonight and it was a little too

salty (not much but a little)

Can ground Celery Seed be used in place of Celery Salt?

Are the the same/simmilar flavorwise? I assume I should

use less seed in recipes that call for salt...right?

Thanks,

April

yes you can use ground celery seed and elimate the celery salt. Use a little

less. You could just add to taste.

Thanks Judy :)

I posted the recipe for the gravy. I will try celery

seed powder and low sodium broth powder next time.
