Guest guest Posted January 24, 2007 Report Share Posted January 24, 2007 Sherried Peas and Bean Salad 1 10 ounce package frozen green peas 1 10 ounce package frozen cut green beans 4 tablespoons dry sherry 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 teaspoon dry ginger 2 tablespoons sliced green onion 2 tablespoons diced red bell pepper Cook vegetables according to package directions; drain and let cool; place in medium bowl. In a small jar with tight-fitting lid, shake together the sherry, soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger. Drizzle dressing over vegetables; garnish with green onion and red pepper.
